John D. Hamilton, 31, Springfield, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
Gary L. Riddle, 39, 403 W. 15th St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $76.50 and $58.50 costs.
Small Claims
Barnyard Buddies Daycare vs. Jessica Rorebeck. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $423. The case involved non-payment for child care.
Associate Civil
Dermatology and Skin Cancer Specialists vs. Libby Tunnell. The case, which involved breach of contract, was dismissed.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Jacob Anderson, Spickard, pleaded guilty to driving to the left side of the roadway when his view was obstructed by a hill or a curve and was fined $130.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $55.50 were Michael Conley, Aurora; Cathryn Foust, Harris; Corey Kilts, Trenton; Darien Schreiner, Browning; Jennifer Shuler, Trenton; Trevor Whitley, Trenton; and Vernon Winfrey, Carrollton.
Sarah Sivill, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
Logan Wyant, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
