Tom Quintana, a 60-year-old resident of Spickard, died at 2:48 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011 at his residence.

His body was cremated under the direction of the Resthaven Mortuary at Trenton. The family will hold services at a later date.
Mr. Quintana was born on Dec. 9, 1950 at Kentsville, CA, the son of Tony and Thelma Coon Quintana. He was raised in California and in 1973 he moved to Spickard to make his home. He owned the Spickard Hardware for several years and later was a truck driver for McCarty Truck Lines at Trenton, MO. He was married to Collene Stinson on Feb. 14, 1983 at Princeton.
He is survived by his wife, Collene of the home in Spickard and a son, Manuel Quintana of Spickard.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
