The award is presented to one outstanding community college student from each of Missouri’s 20 community college campuses. Recipients are recognized for their demonstrated excellence in leadership activities. She is the daughter of Marty and Julie Prewitt of Bethany and the granddaughter of Oliver and Karen Prewitt of Trenton, Ben and Henrietta Stamper of Spickard and Glenda Stamper of Jamesport.
