Bryan D. Moore, 23, Hamilton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
Warren J. Roberts, 25, and Ashley R. Tharp, 22, both of Laredo, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and were fined $10.
