Funeral services for Viola Dahm are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 31, 2011 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. Burial will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.

A family visitation is scheduled from 6 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011 at the funeral home. Open visitation will begin Sunday morning.
Mrs. Dahm, an 84-year-old resident of Trenton, died at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct.26, 2011 at her home, where she was under hospice care.
Mrs. Dahm was born on Aug. 8, 1927 in Fredonia, KS, the daughter of Melvin and Effie Allen Orndorff. She was married on May 9, 1945 to Lester “Tommy” Lame, who preceded her in death on Nov. 15, 1991. On May 29, 1993 she was married to Robert Dahm in Fresno, CA. Mrs. Dahm had a cleaning business in Trenton for many years, and had worked in the restaurant business. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Robert Dahm and son, Leonard Lame of Trenton; two, sisters Norma Bradley of Chillicothe and Helen Baroni and her husband, Richard of Modesto, CA; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Those preceding her in death include her parents; her first husband; a brother, Cecil Orndorff; and four sisters, Gloria Bradley, Eula Orndorff, Pauline Orndorff and Della Still.
