The Trenton Ambassadors of the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual “Trick of Treat Night” on Monday, Oct. 24 at the Rock Barn.
Trick Or Treat Night Is Monday
A total of 26 local organizations and businesses will have tables set up between 6 and 7:30 p.m. for children to come by and receive a “treat.” There will also be face painting and games and children are encouraged to dress up in costume as a booth will be set up where parents will be able to take their child’s photo. Children, who must be accompanied by an adult, are asked to come to the courtyard and enter the Rock Barn at the north door.
Set up for the event will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday and from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, with doors opening at 6 p.m. A contest is being held among those having a table at the event with three prizes being give for the best decorated table.
Those scheduled to have tables include the Trenton Ambassadors, Preceptor Nu chapter of Beta Sigma Phi., Citizens Bank and Trust, Crow-Walker Insurance, North Central Missouri College Student Senate, Wright Memorial Hospital, ConAgra Foods, Hy-Vee, KCP&L, 4-D Tax Service, Coon Creek Church, the THS Mascots, Green Hills Good Sams, Chirosolutions, Relaxation Therapy, Trenton Kiwanis Club, Doodlebug Daycare, H&R Block, Five-Star Chiropractic, North 65 Center, Farmers Bank of Northern Missouri, Grundy County Friends of the Arts, Preferred Family Care, 10th Street Baptist Church youth group, Trenton Cinema and Scott VonBurg, who will be doing facepainting. Candy is being provided by Serve Link, Lucky Dog Embroidery, Green Hills Chiropractic, Magnolias and Whitaker-Eads. L&B Auction/Industrial Maintenance Service are providing tables and prize money is being provided by Shelter Insurance, Stan Lowrey.
