Kayla M. Beck and Shawn Kubina vs. Michael Harrison. The plaintiffs filed a suit seeking damages for personal injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Donald W. Dowell, 67, 140 E. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Brian D. Swank, 45, Princeton, pleaded guilty to failing to yield the right of way and was fined $77.50 and $58.50 costs.
Jesse M. Farmer, Sr., 39, 419 Main St., had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed.
Levi M. Woods, 25, Albany, pleaded guilty to driving to the left side of the roadway within 100 feet of an intersection and was fined $77.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Jesse Balman, Chula, pleaded guilty to failing to display lighted headlamps/taillamps on a vehicle when being towed and was fined $20.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $155.50 were Vickie Bell, DeSoto, IA; and Kendra Holcer, Meadville
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Brian Cooper, Wheeling; Jesse Fletchall, Trenton; and Don Sturgis, Trenton;
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $55.50 were Kristina Hubbard, Gallatin; Richard McBee, Smithville; Kristi Gipson, Albany; and Jack Stottlemyre, Wellington, KS;
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Kim Gorman, Blue Springs; Brian Purkat, Mansfield, TX; George Stokes, Mountain Home, AR; Gayla Whittle, Trenton; and Lisa Worrell, Hermantown, MN.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $80.50 was Eric Graham, Gallatin.
