The Trenton Middle School softball team wrapped up its 2011 campaign on Tuesday night in Princeton, picking up a 12-1 victory.

Taking the win on the hill was Daryian Otto, who struck out 11 while allowing just one hit and three walks. Otto finished the season with 115 strikeouts, an average of 10.45 per start.
At the plate, Trenton got a boost from Lexie Tolson who was 2-for-4 with four RBIs. Otto was 2-for-4 with two RBIs and Whitley Richman was 1-for-3 with a triple and an RBI. Emily Lynch and Ally Ockenfels added one RBI each and Mason Hooyman, Tenna Roberts and Jaylen Neff all had one hit each in the game.
With the win, Trenton earned its 10th win of the season, finishing up the year at 10-1, the only loss coming in extra innings. The team was coached by Ched Hurley.
