The Trenton Lady Bulldogs continued their offensive onslaught Tuesday night as they handled Lathrop, 19-0 in four innings on the road. It was the third game in a row Trenton has won by the 15-run rule and it marked the seventh time in the Lady Bulldogs’ first 10 games that the opponent has failed to score a run.

Chanel Pash went the distance on the hill, throwing a four-inning perfect game. Pash faced 12 batters, striking out nine of them and not allowing a run, hit or walk.
On the offensive side of the ball, Trenton continued to drive the ball well. Pash went 1-for-4, her hit being an out-of-the-park home run. Pash drove in four runs in the game and Scotlin Hurley, McKinley Hurley, Madi Trump and Makaila Capeder all drove in two runs each.
“Offensively I am really happy with the way we are starting to hit the ball,” Lady Bulldogs’ Head Coach Steve Richman said. “I think we are starting to turn the corner offensively.”
With the win, the Lady Bulldogs rolled to 10-0 on the season. Trenton will return to action on Saturday, competeing in the North Central Missouri College Nan Carter Classic at the Ebbe Sports Complex in Trenton. The Lady Bulldogs will face Putnam County in their first game of the day.
Junior Varsity
The Trenton JV moved to 6-2 on the season, picking up a 7-0 three-inning victory over Lathrop’s JV.
Mallory Hooyman had two hits and two runs scored to lead the offense and took the win on the hill, allowing no runs on no hits and one hit batter while striking out four.
The JV returns to action on Monday.
