This website brought to you in part by the following sponsor:

This year the Grundy County Health Department is teaming up with Wright Memorial Hospital and the North Central Missouri College nursing program to administer the vaccine.
This marks the fifth year of the drive-thru clinic, which is also an exercise to practice the health department’s emergency plan for dispensing medication or vaccine during a pandemic or other public health emergency.
The route will be the same as last year’s drive-thru clinic. Maps will be distributed countywide in the Green Hills Weekly on Tuesday, Sept. 27 and will also be available at the health department.
The clinic is open to all Grundy County residents. Individuals are asked to bring their Medicare or Medicaid card for billing purposes. Donations will be accepted from individuals who are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
This year, the flu clinic documents can be downloaded from the health department website and completed prior to the clinic. Persons can go to the website at www.grundycohealthdept.org. The documents and additional clinic details will be available on the website after Friday, Sept. 16. Persons who do not have access to a computer can obtain documents at the drive-thru clinic or at the health department office after Sept. 16.
For more information about the flu shots and drive-thru clinic, persons can call the health department at 660-359-4196.
