The Grundy County Human Services Council will hold its first meeting of 2011-12 on Tuesday, Sept, 13 at 11:30 am at the Grundy County Health Department community room (lower level).

The organization primarily consists of representatives from area human service organizations. Brown bag luncheon meetings are held on the second Tuesday each month from September through May. Dues for regular members are $10 annually. The council hosts a speaker at each meeting to present programs of interest to service agencies; guests are always welcome.
This year’s officers are: Sharon Spainhour, president; Theresa Miller, vice president; and Elizabeth Gibson, secretary/treasurer.
