“A poor performance helped Pattonsburg to score 15 runs in the second inning,” Lady Panthers’ Head Coach Curtis May said. “Our defense failed to make routine plays and committed seven errors over three innings.”
With the loss the Lady Panthers fell to 1-3 on the season. Grundy R-5 is back in action on Tuesday as the Lady Panthers and Panthers travel to Jamesport to face off with Tri-County in an HDC Conference doubleheader. Action begins at 5:30 p.m. with the girls game.
