Adams-Shaw Engagement
Jerry and Patricia Adams of Frankfort, KS announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda Adams of St. Joseph, to Justin Shaw of St. Joseph, son of Roy Shaw of Trenton and the late Diana Shaw.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Frankfort High School, a 2006 graduate of Highland, KS, Community College with an associate of arts degree and a 2008 graduate of Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, with a bachelors of science degree in communication/public relations. She is employed by sales and marketing of the equine division of Boehringer Ingelheim.
The groom-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Trenton High School, a 2004 graduate of Grand River Technical School, a 2006 graduate of North Central Missouri College and is attending Missouri Western State University. He works as a supervisor at Kohl’s.
The couple will be married at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 at the St. Paul United Methodist Church in St. Joseph.
