Judge Jack Peace
Patrick S. Michael, 38, 71216 Forest Ln., waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to an amended charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and was fined $714.50. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $300. He also pleaded guilty to possession up to 35 grams of marijuana and was fined $300.

Cody H. Brown, 21, 1208 E. 13th St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
James C. Lyon, 29, 1428 Cedar St., had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed.
Small Claims
Todd-O-Matic vs. Lesley McGrath. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,350 and $74.50 costs. The case involved non-payment for services.
Loraine Kay Gannon vs. Sabrina D. Slattery. The court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $3,000 and $68 costs. The case involved a rental dispute.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA vs. Rhonda L. Gordon. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,633.84. The case involved breach of contract.
Capital One Bank (USA) NA vs. Benjamin T. Milazzo. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $928.44. The case involved breach of contract.

Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Casey Beavers, Trenton; Casandria Derks, King City; Linda Hollon, Milan; Dorothy Reim, Trenton; and Jorge Sosa-Rojas, Broken Bow, OK.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were David Bendure, Corydon, IA; Erica Denney, Trenton; Robert Harris, Milan; and Michael Sprague, Trenton.
Jamie Davidson, Galt, pleaded guilty to displaying or possessing motor vehicle plates of another and was fined $80.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Shane Howard, Lexington, pleaded guilty to failing to keep proper motor carrier records (exceeding driving time) and was fined $105.50.
Perly J. Huffman, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
James Molloy, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $30.50 and $10.
Joshua Nigh, Kearney, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
Dennis Rainez II, St. Joseph, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
Margaret Williams, Kearney, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
Rebecca Wilson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to following another vehicle too closely and was fined $30.50.
