Jordan M. Briley, 31, 1920 Colt St., waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of stealing. Trial-setting was scheduled for July 14.
Jessie M. Harding, 28, 1922 Chestnut St., waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Trial-setting was scheduled for July 14.
Aziza T. Wirth, 19, Galt, pleaded guilty to being a minor visibly intoxicated and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs.
William Rothman III, 21, Chillicothe, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks. His preliminary hearing was set for Aug. 9.
April D. Sharp, 31, Bethany, waived formal arraignment and waived her preliminary hearing on a charge of passing bad checks. Her case was bound over to the Circuit Division, with trial-setting scheduled for Aug. 11.
Darrell Williams, 27, Chillicothe, had a charge of non-support dismissed.
Kristopher Kempton, 27, St. Joseph, had a charge of non-support dismissed.
Travis J. Fox, 19, Des Moines, IA, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of stealing, with trial-setting scheduled for July 14.
Dawn E. Riggle, 26, 105 Maupin St., pleaded guilty to selling or purchasing a motor vehicle or trailer in Missouri without transferring the certificate of ownership and was fined $50.50 and $58.50 costs.
Kayla M. Beck, 20, Princeton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Richard W. Ishmael, 53, 2721 Lakeside Pl., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs on each charge.
Kathy J. Reeder, 39, 1607 Carnes St., pleaded guilty to third degree domestic assault and violating a protection order for an adult and was fined $100 on each charge of $116.50 costs.
Jeffery O. May, 35, 1313 Tindall Ave., pleaded guilty to violating a protection order for an adults and was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. A charge of domestic assault was dismissed.
Travis J. Vasey, 20, Galt, pleaded guilty to possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $300 on each charge and is to pay $116.50 costs.
Jamie L. White, 27, Lee’s Summit, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. The court took the amount owed for probation supervision from a bond she had posted and continued the probation.
