The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
John D. Calivere of Trenton, Jackson Kissel of Harrison, AR Deana Taylor of Boonville and Monte Gray of Rochester, MN pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit and were fined $55.50 and costs.
Harry Dyson of Trenton pleaded guilty to being a driver or front seat passenger 16 years or under failing to wear a seat belt and was fined $10.
Jason Frizzell of Kansas City, James Venneman of Chillicothe and Jacob Peterson of Salt Lake City, UT pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit and were fined $30.50 and costs.
Walter Gunn of Weatherby pleaded guilty to failure to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50 and costs.
Joshua Homen of Trenton pleaded guilty to failure to properly affix/fasten or maintain motor vehicle trailer plates and was fined $30.50 and costs.
Faron Lawrence of Trenton and Jacob Pilcher of Buckner pleaded guilty to pursuing/taking/killing/possessing or disposing of wildlife illegally and were fined $24.50 and costs.
Sylvester Schulte of Olean pleaded guilty to following another bus/truck closer than 300 feet and was fined $130.50 and costs.
Barbara Youtsey of Trenton pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit and was fined $89.50 and costs. She also pleaded guilty to being a driver or passenger in the front seat under the age of 16 without a seat belt and was fined $10.
Municipal Division

Michael C. Estabrook, 42, 1117 E. Ninth St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by striking a parked vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 cost. He also pleaded guilty to driving while his license was suspended or revoked and was sentenced to serve 48 hours in the Grundy County Detention Center. He is also to pay $34.50 costs.
Beverly L. Cogan, 45, 510 W. 10th St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by striking a parked vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and was fined $150 and $34.50 costs.
Daniel L. Harding, 25, 1100 Laclede St., pleaded guilty to violating the city’s open container law and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to littering and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Jeffry G. Martin, Browning, and Natalie Cosbey, 1703 E. Fourth St., pleaded guilty to peace disturbance and were fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. They also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and were fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Angela Browder, 24, Milan, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to make a $300 donation to the city of Trenton, pay $34.50 costs and $130 recoupment of funds.
Kimberly K. Jacobs, 43, 1600 Pleasant Plain, pleaded guilty to failing to obey a lawful order of a police officer and was sentenced to serve five days in the Grundy County Detention Center. She is also to pay $34.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to five days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. She is also to pay $34.50 costs on this charge.
Joseph A. Kincaid, 26, 403 W. 15th St., pleaded guilty to stealing and was sentenced to serve five days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served.
