Roy Lee Little, an 89-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Tuesday afternoon, July 5, 2011 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2011 at the Slater Funeral Home in Trenton with Bro. Stan Ebersold officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
A family visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m..
Mr. Little was born on Jan. 14, 1922 in Tuscola, IL, the son of Albert Harmon and Olive Bell Bennett Little. He attended Dry Point rural schools in Hindsboro, IL and graduated from Hindsboro High School. He was a retired farmer.
Mr. Little was a member of Trenton Masonic Lodge No. 111, AF& AM.
On Dec. 31, 1945 he was married to Ruby M. DeVore at Tuscola.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby, of Eastview Manor Care Center in Trenton; one son, Darrell Little and his wife, Marilyn of Crystal Lake, IL; three grandchildren, Kerri Little, Shaunna Little and Damien Little and his wife, Liz; and two great-grandchildren, Grayson Little and Paige Little.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Liza, Flossie Porter and Lucile Cunington; and three brothers, Clarence Little, Maurice Little and Elmer Little.
