Jim and Betty Rumbley of Trenton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, July 2, 2011 with family and friends at the couple’s home at 3742 Oklahoma Ave., where cards may also be sent. The couple will also renew their wedding vows, which will be performed at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Trenton with Rev. Russ Hopkins officiating. The couple will be attended by their children, Lt. Col. James Rumbley Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Nellis U.S. Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV and Cheryl Poettker and her husband, John, and their two children, Dustin and Ashley Poettker, all of Wichita, KS.
