The ACT preparatory class at THS is organizing and managing the progress. The cans are being collected in green barrels inside the entrances of the schools and will be cashed in at Hope Haven Recycling Center in Trenton on May 6. The money from the cans will be donated to Green Hills Women’s Shelter.
The class invites the community to assist in the can collection. Persons can drop off cans during school hours. Large donations can be left in the high school parking lot, next to the dumpster. Small donations may be placed in the green barrels.
