Letters of support are being sought for a grant the Trenton R-9 School District is applying for through the Safe Routes to School Grant program.

The district is seeking money to construct walking areas for students in the areas of Rissler School and the Trenton High School/Middle School. In addition, a student crossing sign would also be purchased and installed on Highway 6 at Fifth Street.
Letters of support can be e-mailed to Chris Huston at the school, [email protected], no later than Tuesday or dropped by the R-9 District central office.
