Capeder Honored By KKWK

The eighth annual KKWK/KMRN All-Star Basketball Banquet was held Sunday on the campus of North Central Missouri College in Trenton. Trenton High School senior Rebekah Capeder was honored along with 39 other students athletes in the radio station’s coverage area.

Capeder closed out a banner career with 1,390 points and 1,203 rebounds, both school records. This season saw Capeder average 17 points and 12.2 rebounds per game as she led the Lady Bulldogs to a 19-win season and a South Harrison Tournament championship. Capeder will continue her basketball playing career at the collegiate level next season with Avila University.
