Stephen M. Nixdorf, 27, Kidder, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Brett A. Graham, 18, Princeton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Anthony S. Brown, 27, 1012 Laclede St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle plates and was fined$27.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to knowingly operating a motor vehicle for which no financial responsibility had been maintained and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Daniel E. Coyle, 30, Princeton, had a charge of having no valid proof of insurance dismissed.
Joseph A. Kincaide, 26, 403 W. 15th St., pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division, with trial-setting scheduled for April 14. A charge of operating a motor vehicle for which no financial responsibility was maintained was dismissed.
James A. Draper, 21, Galt, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (prior offender) and was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. He is to pay a $500 fine, $116.50 costs and $98 recoupment of funds. He also pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and was fined $77.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. A charge of failing to display valid vehicle license plates was dismissed.
Amy Petrie, 28, 302 E. 10th Ct., pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $116.50 costs and $186 restitution.
Daniel Carroll, 25, Spickard, had a charge of failing to provide proof of insurance dismissed.
Brenda S. Brown, 40, 312 E. Eighth St., pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $116.50 costs and $186 restitution.
