The Missouri Basketball Coaches Association announced their all-district team for Class 1, District 12. Five area athletes, including four from Newtown-Harris and one from Grundy R-5, were named to the team.

On the boys side, Newtown’s Kameron Cool and Japheth Busick and Grundy R-5’s Jordan Whitney were named to the team. On the girls side, Tara Collings and Mercedes Foster, both of Newtown, were honored.
