Blake Alexander Prindle, through his mother, Rosemary Marie Coon, filed a petition to have his name changed to Regan Dean Coon.
Correction
Jerry D. Brock, 32, 601 E. 19th St., had imposition of his sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years on an amended charge of property damage (the original charge was first degree tampering). He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge. This information appeared incorrectly in Friday’s Republican-Times.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Gary N. Porter, 51, Mercer, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding and was fined $218 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Ty L. Bush, 57, 1307 Harris Ave., pleaded guilty to having no valid proof of insurance and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Lucas Allen Griffin vs. Director of Revenue. The court ruled that the petitioner’s license be revoked as of Nov. 15, 2010 for one year, with the petitioner entitled to credit against a 90-day period of time from Nov. 15 through March 8 so that the petitioner can be eligible to make an application for driving privileges immediately upon complying with all other requirements of the law. The license was revoked due to a refusal to take a breathalyzer.
