Judge Jack Peace
Leslie D. Harrison, 41, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years.
Francisco J. Capo, 45, Trenton, had imposition of his sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years on a charge of stealing. He is also to serve 30 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. He was given credit for time served. He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge.
Nellie M. VanHoozer, 58, 312 E. Eighth Ct., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of receiving stolen property (the original charge was second degree burglary) and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and is to make restitution of $186.
Branden M. Smith, 33, Fulton, pleaded not guilty to five counts of felony forgery and had trial-setting scheduled for April 14.
Gregory J. Dana, 54, 71203 Leisure Lake Dr., waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. His case was set for Aug. 11. On a charge of delivering or possessing a controlled substance at a jail, he was sentenced to serve four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections, with the court retaining jurisdiction for 120 days. He had earlier pleaded guilty to that charge.
Jacob D. Dennis, 25, was sentenced to serve five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on a charge of second degree burglary, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty.
Patrick S. Michael, 36, 71216 Forest Dr., had his cases set for a one-day jury trial on July 12 on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license (third and subsequent offense) and excessive blood alcohol.
Joshua L. Neeley, 21, Lathrop, had imposition of his sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years on a charge of conspiracy to commit the offense of tampering with a motor vehicle. He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge.
Richard Burnfin, 42, 200 W. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to second degree domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years, with the condition that he not have contact with or live with his wife. Charges of armed criminal action and felonious restraint were dismissed.
Tony C. Dittemore, 17, 701 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to tampering with a motor vehicle and stealing. Sentencing was set for May 12 at which time a case of second degree burglary will also be heard.
Jerry D. Brock, 32, 601 E. 19th St., had imposition of his sentence suspended and was placed on probation for five years on an amended charge of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle (the original charge was property damage). He had earlier pleaded guilty to the charge.

Kimber L. McGinnis, 20, Union Star, pleaded guilty to failing to provide proof of insurance and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Zachary J. Marrs, 26, 2711 Sportsman Rd., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
