The Leisure Lake Association filed an appeal of decisions made in two cases against Roger and Elizabeth Christine Lawrence and W.R. and Ruth Barnes concerning dues owed to the association. The cases were appealed from the associate/small claims division.
Associate Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Kassie Nickell, 21, Milan, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.
Scott Robinson, 31, Purdin, had a charge of passing a bad check dismissed.
