Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Benjamin Colton, Spickard; Kirk Latimer, Hamilton; and Nina Scott, Spickard.
Douglas Cornwell, Kalona, IA, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
Vincent Hahn, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
Scott Hicks, Grain Valley, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $30.50.
