Frances E. Keller, a 96-year-old resident of St. Joseph, died on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011 at the Carriage Square Health Care.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011 at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home and Crematory in St. Joseph. Burial was in the Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Mrs. Keller was born on Sept. 22, 1914 in Trenton, the daughter of Ray and Min Bate Bailey. She was married on July 30, 1938 to A.J. Keller, who preceded her in death on Mach 20, 1998. She was a homemaker and a member of the Presbyterian faith. She was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star at Trenton and an active member in Needles of Moila and Ambassadors Parade Unit with her husband at Moila.
She is survived by two sons, James H. Keller and his wife, Vickie, of Savannah and Dean B. Keller and his wife, Terry of Colorado Springs, CO; a daughter, Mary F. Keck of St. Joseph; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Dixey Bailey; a nephew, Kevin Bailey; and two nieces, Robin Brown and Cindy Stewart, all of Trenton.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Hands of Hope Hospice.
