Judge Jack Peace
Tony C. Dittemore, 17, 701 E. Sixth St., pleaded not guilty to tampering with a motor vehicle, stealing and second degree burglary and had his cases set for March 17.
Alexander S. Redden, 18, 71108 Big Point Dr., pleaded not guilty to first degree burglary and two counts of third degree assault. He is to appear in court again March 17.
Jimmy D. Hilt, 28, 701 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to first degree tampering with a motor vehicle and burglary. Sentencing was set for April 14. A charge of stealing was dismissed.
Roger L. Murphy, 40, 725 Kumler St., pleaded guilty to stealing and had sentencing set for April 14.
Lauren Weaver, 20, Milan, pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks and had sentencing set for March 17.
Curtis S. Wheelbarger, 31, 907 E. 17th St., pleaded guilty to manufacturing a controlled substance. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years, with the condition that he successfully complete the Third Circuit Drug Court Program.
Debra McClure, 47, 218 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for five years.
Jacob D. Dennis, 25, 1795 Park Lane Dr., pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and had sentencing set for March 17.
Lesley J. Honn, 22, 73508 E. Leisure Lake Dr., had her probation revoked on an original charge of second degree burglary and had her original sentence of five years in the Department of Corrections ordered executed.
Samuel G. Hines, 18, 672 N.W. Highway 146, pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree burglary and another charge of second degree burglary that had been moved to Grundy County from Harrison County on a change of venue. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years, with the condition that he make full restitution.
Kenneth W. Hughs, 47, 815 W. 30th St., had a one-day jury trial set for April 6 on three counts of conspiracy and two counts of distribution of a controlled substance to which he had earlier pleaded not guilty. The case was moved to Grundy County on a change of venue from Mercer County.
Lisa R. Willer, Linn, had a judgment ruled against her in regard to the forfeiture of a 2006 Mazda automobile through the Criminal Activity Forfeiture Act.
Civil Court
Zachary J. Marrs vs. Clark Tire Company, Inc. and Roland Brown. The case, which involves personal injury, was moved to Harrison County on a change of venue.
