Karen S. Johnson-Clevenger vs. Director of Revenue. The court ruled in a favor of the plaintiff in the suit, which was a petition for review. The revocation of her driving privileges was reversed.

Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $55.50 and costs were Charles Floyd, Carrollton; Donald Martin, Kansas City; and Macey Tipton, Newtown.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 and costs were Amber Hockenberry, Fayetteville, NC; and Michael Roberts, Cumming, IA.
