Judge Jack Peace
Michael Oleson, 46, Chillicothe, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to serve 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two charges of distribution of a controlled substance and one charge of distribution of a controlled substance near a school. Those terms are to run concurrently. He also had his probation revoked on a charge of driving while intoxicated (persistent offender) and resisting arrest and was sentenced to serve four years in the DOC each count, with those sentences to run concurrently with each other and consecutively with the other sentences. The case was moved to Grundy County on a change of venue from Livingston County.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jacob Cottrell, 29, 501 E. 19th St., had a charge of non-support dismissed.
Monica Sattman, Brookfield, had two counts of passing bad checks dismissed.
Associate Civil
Federal Home Loan Mortgage vs. Randy and Toni Boone and others. The court ruled for the petitioners, allowing them to have possession of the premises at 410 W. 22nd St. in Trenton.
Capital One Bank (USA) NA vs. Patricia D. Wilcox. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
The following defendants pleaded guilty and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Christabel Appiah, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Amy Moffatt, Chillicothe; Dana Rutherford, Guthrie Center, IA; and Michael Wright, Trenton.
Alvin Peterie and Billy Stevenson, both of Trenton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and were fined $10.
John C. Walker, St. Joseph, pleaded guilty to pursuing/taking/killing/possessing/or disposing of wildlife illegally and was fined $74.50.
