“In the event that the Green Hills Area is struck with the predicted weather conditions, it is advised that citizens stay home to avoid travel on snow-covered roads. The street departments will work diligently to keep roadways clear, however, with the blizzard-like conditions it will be hard to keep up with the accumulating snow. In the event of a power outage the utility crews will also be working diligently to restore service. In the event of a long term outage of power, a shelter will be established and opened to the public. The location of such shelter will be announced at the time of need.”
