Chelsea Howe and Jacob Webb of Gilman City are the parents of an 8 pound, 6 ounce baby girl, born at 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. The baby was 20 inches long and has been named Rozalea Amirrah Jimpson Webb.
