The city of Trenton will activate the Emergency Snow Ordinance, establishing snow emergency routes, as of 11 o’clock tonight until 7 a.m. on Friday.

Parking on any of the snow route streets is prohibited during the emergency period and the city has the power to tow away offending vehicles at a cost to the owner. A fine will also be administered. In addition, no person or persons engaged in the removal of snow or ice on driveways or parking lots shall deposit such snow on any public street after the snow has been removed from the street.
The following streets or portions of streets are established snow emergency routes within the city:
Haliburton Street, 10th Street to Tinsman Avenue; Kavanaugh Street, Lake Street, Seventh to Ninth streets; Linn Street, First to Seventh Streets; First to Seventh streets; Grant Street, seventh to Ninth streets; Mabel Street, Tinsman Avenue to 17th Street; Washington Street, Seventh to Haliburton streets; First Street, Kavanaugh to Linn streets; Seventh Street, Main to Lake streets; Eighth Street, Jefferson to Monroe streets; Ninth Street, Main to Cedar streets; 10th Street, Cedar to Haliburton streets; 10th Court, Tinsman Avenue to Haliburton Street; 11th, 12th and 13th streets, Cedar to Tinsman Avenue; and 17th Street, Main Street to Harris Avenue.
