Wayne Wilson, the incumbent, and Michael Bell are in a race for Spickard mayor. Two aldermen are to be elected to two-year terms and those filing by the 5 p.m. Tuesday deadline were incumbents Bob Darby and Ricky Crawford, as well as Francis “Rusty” Soper and Nancy Anderson.
At Laredo, three persons have filed for two seats on the city council. Those filing by the deadline include incumbent Peter DrBruyne, Ben Milazzo and George Griffin.
