Circle of Fitness Training will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. tonight through Feb. 21, with an optional body composition analysis set for 5 to 5:30 p.m. on those evenings. The six-week course will help participants develop their own personal wellness plan based on sound principles. The sessions are led by Lisa Schilling, KCC fitness director, and the lectures are designed to bring forth personal motivation in each participant. Participants will learn practical ways of incorporating exercise, nutrition and mental health strategies as they develop a wellness plan.
