The Grundy County Commission and Grundy County Prosecting Attorney’s office will be hosting an open house and reception for the public on Monday at the new prosecuting attorney’s office, now located in the old county jail.

The event will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. In addition, the commissioners will be presenting out-going prosecutor Jason Spillman with a plaque for his years of service in that position. Spillman has served as prosecutor for six years and chose not to run for re-election.
