Mary Shirley Ann Peterson, a 79-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2010 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home at 801 N.W. 108th St., Kansas City.
Burial will be at Second Creek Cemetery.
A visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Peterson is survived by her children, Kathy (Charles) Barton, Charley Peterson Jr., Steve (Jeannice) Peterson, Vicky (Bill) Mumford and Sue (Hilbert) Holeman; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley John Peterson.
