Kimberly A. Little, 47, 401 E. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to owning, keeping or harboring a vicious dog and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs.
Tony C. Dittemore, 17, 701 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to violating the city’s curfew for minors and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
William E. Grimes IV, 20, 1612 Cedar St., pleaded guilty to failing to carry a driver’s license while operating a motor vehicle and was fined $75.50 and $34.50 costs.
Daniel T. Stevens, 33, 610 E. Ninth Ct., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
