Judge Steven D. Hudson
Levi Bell, 28, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of domestic assault (Class A misdemeanor). He was sentenced to 90 days in the Grundy County Jail. Execution of sentencing was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He was ordered to pay court costs of $116.50 by June 14, 2011 and complete a substance abuse treatment plan prescribed by Preferred Family. He was originally charged with domestic assault (Class C felony)
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines and costs through the Fine Collection Center with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Brent Allen Bailey of Meadville pleaded guilty to failure to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined 430.50.
Thomas H. Brackin of Alexandria, MN, pleaded guilty to pursing/taking/killing/possessing or disposing of wildlife illegally (two counts) and was fined $74.50 on each.
Mary Jo Foster of Trenton pleaded guilty to driver or front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened seat belt and was fined $10.
Christopher Steele Gibson of Newtown pleaded guilty to exceeding the posted speed limit by 11 to 15 mph and was fined $55.50.
Tara Renee Griffin of Trenton pleaded guilty to driver or front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened seat belt and was fined $10.
Cole Francis Gustoff of Scranton, IA pleaded guilty to exceeding the posted speed limit by 16 to 19 mph and was fined $80.50.
Floyd Lane Jarrett of Galt pleaded guilty to exceeding the posted speed limit by 6 to 10 mph and was fined $30.50.
Ashley Denise Johnson of Trenton pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit by 11 to 15 mph and was fined $55.50.
James Randal Owen Jr. of Trenton pleaded guilty to driver or front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened seat belt and was fined $10.
Hunter D. Powell of Trenton pleaded guilty to driver or front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened seat belt and was fined $10.
Katie Marie Roozenboom of Knob Noster pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit by 11 to 15 mph and was fined $55.50.
Travis Richard Sobczak of Brookline Station pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license (second offense) and was fined $80.50.
Henry Swartzentruber of Trenton pleaded guilty to pursuing/taking/killing/possing or disposing of wildlife illegally and was fined $152.
Billy Joe Tinsley of Spickard pleaded guilty to driver or front seat passenger failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened seat belt and was fined $10.

Matthew W. Cusick, 35, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is make a donation of $300 to the city of Trenton and pay $34.50 costs.
Anthony L. Baucom, 19, 2519 Mable St., pleaded guilty to failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Cody L. Gaunt, 18, 604 Linn St., pleaded guilty to stealing and was fined $100 and $34.50 costs.
Jeffery D. Hahn, 56, 1014 W. Crowder Rd., pleaded guilty to violating the open container law and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Ray V. Wallace, 29, 2007 Oak St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license (the original charge was driving while revoked or suspended) and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to make a $300 donation to the city of Trenton and pay $34.50 costs and $110 recoupment of funds to the Trenton Police Department.
Rachael L. Pollard, 19, 1022 Laclede St., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor and was sentenced to serve two days in the Grundy County Detention Center and pay $34.50 costs. She had her probation revoked on two previous charges of being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor.
Brett A. Graham, 18, 1804 Oak St., pleaded guilty ot failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Kristopher A. Powers, 36, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license (the original charge was driving while suspended) and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs.
Kylie D. Douglas, 18, Brookfield, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of defective equipment (the original charge was following another vehicle too closely) and was fined $200 and $34.50 costs.
