Judge Jack Peace
Kenneth W. Hughs, 47, 815 N.W. 30th St., had his case moved to Grundy County on a change of venue from Mercer County on 10 counts of conspiracy to distribute/deliver/manufacture or produce a controlled substance, all of which are Class C felonies. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 16.

Pleading guilty to amended charges of speeding 64 miles per hour in a 60 zone (with original charges of speeding 70 mph in a 60 zone) and fined $200 and $58.50 costs were Micah D. Lindsey, 24, Unionville; Patrick R. Harrison, 17, 455 S.W. 25th St.; and Charles H. Fields, 44, Humphreys.
Steven R. Berry, Trenton, had a charge of third degree domestic assault dismissed.
Gilbert Hughs, 71114 Forrest Dr., had a charge of first degree trespassing dismissed.
Associate Civil
LVNV Funding LLC vs. Kathy Tolle. The case, which involved breach of contract, was dismissed.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Phoebe Kitchen, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $20.50.
Troy D. Lockwood, Liberty, pleaded guilty to pursuing/taking/possessing or disposing of a deer illegally and was fined $249.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Christopher J. Molloy, Galt; Richard E. Williams, Trenton; and Erica Wilson, Humphreys.
Daniel T. Stevens, Trenton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Glenn A. Wilson, Spickard, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
