The PIN will allow persons to electronically sign their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form and correct any FAFSA information on line. The entire process is expected to take about 10 minutes and parents and their seniors are free to come and go during this two-hour period. Parents and students are encouraged to attend the Trenton-South Harrison varsity basketball games and file for a PIN number during halftime or prior to the boys’ or girls’ games.
Any student planning to use A-Plus money to further their education at a community college or vocational-technical school in Missouri must complete a FAFSA. Receiving a PIN from the Department of Education is the first step in that process.
