Members of the Trenton High School and Trenton Middle School Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapters presented a program at Thursday’s Trenton Rotary Club meeting. Bill McWilliams was the program chairman.

Clay Oneal, a junior at THS, and Tucker Franklin, a seventh grader, talked about the FCA activities at their respective schools. Oneal said there were around 15 students who regularly attend the high school meetings, which are held each Wednesday morning before classes. Brandon Boswell and Daniel Gott are the high school sponsors. He said that the high school chapter has interacted with the chapter at North Central Missouri College and has participated in a number of activities, including FCA Day at Mizzou. Some of the members have also attended camps.
Franklin said there are around 50 to 55 who attend the middle school weekly meetings. The chapter does a monthly activity and also meets with the high school chapter on occasion. The chapter also attended FCA Day at Mizzou. The middle school sponsor is Mike Tipton.
During the business meeting, it was announced the club’s Christmas party would be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16 at the church. Daryl Browning is in charge of the program.
Exchange student Nicole Lin also visited and told about the activities in which she involved this year.
