Several offices and businesses have announced their plans to close on Thursday and Friday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Thanksgiving Closing
Closed on both days will be the Grundy County Courthouse, the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce/License Bureau, the Grundy County Children’s Support and Family Division, the Grundy County Health Department, the Grundy County Prosecuting Attorney, North Missouri Children’s Advocacy Center, Trenton City Hall/Trenton Municipal Utilities, Green Hills Regional Planning Commission, Green Hills Community Action Agency, Grundy County-Jewett Norris Library, KCP&L, Grundy Electric Cooperative, Mid-West Propane and Refined Fuels, Public Water Supply Districts of Grundy and Livingston counties, Farmers Mutual Insurance/Robbins, Black Agency and Crow-Walker Insurance, Stan Lowrey Shelter Insurance, Whitney Welding and Magnolia’s.
The Trenton Post Office will be closed on Thursday and there will be no mail delivery or box mail. The post office will re-open on Friday.
The Trenton Republican-Times will also be closed on Thursday and a newspaper will not be published. There will be a newspaper published on Friday.
