The Laredo Lady Tigers and Tigers both fell on Tuesday as they hosted Pleasant View R-6. The Lady Tigers fell by a single point, 29-28, and the Tigers lost 23-18.

The Laredo girls came within single basket of sending their eighth graders out in style, but couldn’t quite overcome the Lady Blue Jays in the end. Maggie McNabb of Pleasant View led all scorers with 16 points and Emily Milazzo led the Lady Tigers with 12 points.
In the boys game, Pleasant View completed the sweep with a win. Seth Riddle of Laredo was the game’s leading scorer, putting up 12 points. For Pleasant View it was Ryan Stimpson showing the way with eight points.
