The meeting, which is set for 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., is open to all Mercer County residents who want to learn about bringing change to roads in urban and rural areas, providing the public with the infrastructure needed to walk, bike or jog safely within their communities. The initial meeting will also guage interest and set the groundwork for possible projects as well as give an overview of funding opportunities.
Wilson Majee, MU extension community development specialist, will conduct the meeting. For more information, persons can call 660-748-3315.
