Judith Ann Batson-Stark passed away at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 47.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010 at Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Burial will be in the Middle Point Cemetery at Mercer.
A visitation is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5, 2010 at the funeral home. Open visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Thusday, Nov. 4, 2010.
Judy was born in Grundy County to Jake and Mary Ann Batson on Aug.16, 1963. She married Daniel Stark of Mercer on July 6, 1985 in Trenton. They had two children together, Rachel, who was born on Feb. 24, 1997 and Justin, who was born on July 27, 2001. Judith worked as a proof reader at the Farmers Union and Guarantee Bank in Oklahoma City. She retired to spend time with her family after Justin was born. She remained unemployed until her death. Judy was involved with the Western Oaks Elementary PTA and a member of the Lutheran Church in Bethany, OK.
She leaves her husband, two children; Rachel 13, Justin 9; two sisters, Jeannette Batson-Hughes of Lebanon and Alice Batson-Stepanek of St. Joseph; a brother, Albert Batson of Trenton; her parents, Jake and Mary Batson, who currently reside in Galt; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She loved reading and spending time with her children. She was loved very much and will be missed.
