Trenton Masonic Lodge No. 111, AF&AM is sponsoring a child identification and protection program at the Masonic Hall on Saturday, Nov. 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This website brought to you in part by the following sponsor:

The program allows parents to gather data on their child that can be used by authorities should their child become lost or missing. The program is being offered free of charge.
The program consists of five major components – digital photographs, digital fingerprints, vital child information and emergency contacts a dental bite impression and two laminated ID cards. The photographs, fingerprints and child data are burned onto a mini-CD that is compatible with the Amber Alert system already in place.
On the day of the event, parents will bring their child to the Masonic Hall, where information such as doctor, dentist and emergency contact and phone numbers will be collected as well as a list of allergies and medication, parent home, work and cell telephone numbers and other assorted telephone numbers. Permission slips for the event can be downloaded from the mochip.org website and filled out ahead of time. Height charts and scales are available at the event to help facilitate the most current details regarding the child.
Parents who participated in the event two years ago are asked to bring in their packets from that visit and have their child’s identification updated.
All information collected on site are processed and provided to the parent or legal guardian in a yellow envelope. At the end of the event, databases are erased with the only item being retained by the Masonic group is the signed permission slip.
