Kidd-Williams Wedding
Colleen Kidd and Clay Williams, both of Trenton, were married at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at the Dockery Chapel Church in rural Trenton. Rev. Ron Ratliff officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Eugene and Rocetia Hutson and the groom is the son of Larry Williams and Linda Williams, all of Trenton.
The bride was given in marriage by her children, Tyler and Haley Kidd. Haley served her mother as maid of honor and Gracie Thogmartin was the flower girl. Tyler Kidd was the best man and Gage Swindler was the ringbearer.
A reception was held in the church basement. Victoria Overton was in charge of the gift table and guest book. Also helping with the reception were Jeanie Whitney, Rosetta Marsh, Ashley Boren and Kristi Urich.
The couple is now at home in Trenton. The bride is employed as the Grundy County Collector-Treasurer. The groom is employed by Premium Standard Farms.
