Michael S. Landis, 32, St. Joseph, was found guilty by a jury of failing to stop for a stop sign and driving under the influence. He was fined $450 and $616.50 costs. The case, which originated in the Municipal Division, was certified to the Circuit Division for a jury trial. Judge Steven D. Hudson was assigned to hear the case.
